Hollywood Muscle - The Top Five Physique Transformations
Every so often, you'll see an actor make an incredible physique transformation. One day they're skinny and frail and all of sudden they look huge and ripped.
Each transformation seems more impressive than the next. So today, I'm going to compile a list of the top five Hollywood physique transformations.I'll also include an honorable mention or two and my reasoning behind the rankings.
Remember, this list is just my personal opinion. If you think I missed an incredible Hollywood physique transformation, feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments section.
Ok, here are my...
Top Five Hollywood Male Physique Transformations (Plus Honorable Mention)
Important Note: This article includes dramatic before and after pictures. To see this article with pictures, visit the website mentioned at the end of this article).
I sat down and racked my brain to come up with what I thought were the top five most impressive Hollywood physique transformations.
Only problem is... I came up with six. So somebody had to fall out of the top five and into the honorable mention category.
Honorable Mention: Toby Maguire, Spiderman
Quite a few fans were upset when Toby Maguire was named the lead for the Spiderman franchise. Sure, Peter Parker was supposed to be a scientist... but many fans thought Sony crossed the "geek" link when Toby landed the spot.
But he shocked critics and added quite a few more female admirers to his fan base when he added muscle and transformed his physique to something that closer resembles a body built by crime fighting.
Good job Toby. Now, let's dive into the top five...
Number Five: Brad Pitt, Fight Club AND Troy
Now, granted, Brad Pitt has never been fat. It's not like he had to shed hundreds of pounds to get the role of Tyler Durden in Fight Club.
But he got so ridiculously ripped and caused such a buzz that I had to include him in the top five.
It appears he even added some muscle (while staying just as ripped) for his role in Troy.
Number Four: Will Smith, Ali
Remember the tall, skinny Fresh Prince Of Bel Aire?
Yes, Will Smith with the long skinny arms and the big ears.
Except... Will Smith didn't look so skinny when Ali landed in theaters.
Adding that kind of bulk is what landed Will Smith's physical transformation for his role in Ali at our number four spot.
Number Three: Ryan Reynolds, The Amityville Horror
Ryan Reynolds certainly didn't cast the image of a "buff dude" when he starred in Two Guys, A Girl & A Pizza Place.
Which is probably why it was so shocking when this version of Ryan Reynolds showed up on the silver screen.
Number Two: Ed Norton, American History X
This is by far one of the most dramatic Hollywood physical transformation I had ever seen. And many people would probably have Ed Norton's American History X transformation in the number one spot.
And for good reason.
Edward Norton, typically known as a skinny, awkward guy... absolutely shocked and terrified audiences when appeared on screen to play a Nazi skin-head with 30 extra pounds of muscle.
Which leads us to the number one spot...
Number One Most Impressive Hollywood Male Physique Transformation: Christian Bale, Batman Begins
When it comes to dramatic physique transformations, I have to give the top spot to Christian Bale.
Take a look at what he's done for the following roles and see if you agree.
For the movie American Psycho, Christian Bale got incredibly ripped.
While most guys would love to look like that, Christian Bale did the unthinkable:
He lost 60 pounds for his role in The Machinist.
But Mr. Bale still wasn't done. He then gained over 100 pounds to play the beefed up role of Batman in the movie, Batman Begins.
In my book, Christian Bale has accomplished the most incredible Hollywood Physique transformations and therefore has rightfully earned the number one spot.

Rhinoplasty Specialized to Make an Attractive Asian Nose
Nose jobs used to be very noticeable and were usually afforded only by the Hollywood stars. However today, the techniques have been refined to produce very natural looking results for all people of all ethnic backgrounds. Asians as a group, in particular, have been getting more Rhinoplasty surgeries over the past several years than before. This is because of the many plastic surgeons that have effectively learned the skills and techniques needed for the unique structure of Asian nasal cases.
What is Rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic surgery procedure that changes the appearance of the nose to better balance with the face. It is performed by making incisions inside of the nose, pulling back the skin tissues, and reshaping its bones and the cartilage at the end for a more appealing look. It is an outpatient procedure that takes several hours under the hand of a skilled plastic surgeon. The recovery involves some swelling, bruising, and soreness. These problems usually recede after a week or two, although it may take longer to get the final shape. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons actually counsels patients that it may take up to a year for the nasal contours to completely finish settling.
What is the Goal of Asian Rhinoplasty?
In general, Asians have a lower nasal bridge compared to those of the Caucasian race. They also have thicker skin and wear cartilage, as well as wider nostrils. While Caucasians get rhinoplasty done to make their large, defined noses smaller and less defined; Asians are typically looking to get larger, more prominent shape.
Asian Nose Bridges
Asian patients often ask their cosmetic surgeons for a higher, more prominent nose bridge. This is achieved by adding tissues to the bridge that are made from synthetic materials or from some part of the patient's body (i.e. bone from the ribs, skull, or ear). Synthetic materials seem to have better success rates in Asians than the native tissues. The surgeon will first shave the nasal bridge bone to make it smooth, and then affix the chosen material to the bone. Some cosmetic surgeons advocate that Asian nasal bridges should only start at or below the eyelashes and not higher like many Caucasians.
Asian Nose Tips
The most effective way to reshape the tip of an Asian nose is to use tissue from the nasal septum or perhaps the ears to add to the nose tip - unlike traditional rhinoplasty which narrows the tip or folds the cartilage into place. (The Asian nasal cartilage is weaker than Caucasians and won't usually respond well to traditional techniques.)
This tissue helps strengthen the tip and provide adequate support for increased length or definition. Some Asian patients request narrowing of the nostrils, but this must be done with great care to avoid looking artificial. The key is to retain the natural curvature of the nostrils.
Asian do require slightly different care in cosmetic surgery than Caucasians, but the good news is that there are plenty of well-qualified plastic surgeons out there who know exactly what needs to be done to create a beautiful nose!

Trucking Communication Systems and Truck Transponders
The trucking industry has always enjoyed its communication tools and the drivers have also enjoyed them as well. CB or Citizen Band Radios were often a driver's only communication in the middle of the night on a long-haul. Perhaps you remember the famous TV show "BJ and the Bear" or maybe you liked some of the famous Hollywood Movies with Big Rigs? These entertainment and artistic creations are pretty accurate when it comes to the use of CBs.
Local Trucking Companies have also very much enjoyed "trunk repeater" radio systems with the systems on the top of a local hill, infrastructure or high buildings. Satellite communication systems started out as expensive, but that is no longer the case. Trucking Companies enjoyed satellite Alpha Pagers, radios and phones as first adopters. The Industry needs its communication systems and today all they are part of the reason for its success.
Truck Transponders
Truck Transponders are a nifty device, which allow us to identify the truck it is attached to with a unique number or label. This makes them perfect for billing for toll-ways, knowing who is who and allowing them to by-pass thru a reader. This also helps weigh scales check rapidly if the truck is up-to-date and of a known company or trust-worthy source. Unfortunately not all trucks have transponders. Perhaps they should to speed up traffic flows?
If all trucks had transponders it would be easy to accurately and fairly distribute their fair share of the costs associated with maintaining the roads and highways. For instance; Road Usage Tax and Commercial Carrier Trucking Transponders might solve a lot of problems. Truck Transponders are an excellent communication device to insure safety in trucking and prevent unknown "Evil Doers" from using a truck to harm us.

Personalized Jewelry at the Oscars
Personalized jewelry is big business in Hollywood today. You can't watch any celebrity based TV show or see any award show without seeing stars covered in personalized jewelry. May they be subtle rings or necklaces, or in your face "bling" encrusted with more diamonds then you might find in Buckingham Palace, celebrities love jewelry that match their personality.
One of the best examples of where to find personalized jewelry is while watching an Oscar telecast. The Oscars is the biggest night in Hollywood, and hence becomes the biggest night to show off not only what you are wearing, but also how important you are by wearing it.
The first thing you'll notice at the Oscars is that for the women everything is encrusted with diamonds. Usually, this is done in a very tasteful way, but regardless diamonds are the most important accessory at the Oscars (besides George Clooney on your arm that is). Since most of the pieces that the popular actresses wear can cost up to (and some past) $1 million, most of the jewelry that you see at the Oscars are on loan. With that said, almost all of the pieces you see in magazine photo spreads are also loaned. The reason for this is because just like with fashion, jewelry makers fall over each other to get the hottest actress to wear their jewelry. If a piece is well received on the red carpet then the press will ask the actress what she is wearing and, bam, the best free advertisement a jewelry maker could ever get. Of course, the actress has to get it back at the end of the night (the makers aren't crazy).
Some actresses do choose to wear their own personal selection of jewelry on the red carpet, but those pieces don't seem to have the "wow" factor that most loaned jewelry does. For as many giant, blinged out pieces of jewelry you see on the red carpet, there are other subtle pieces from their own collection that actresses love to show off. For some actresses it's all about the diamonds- big diamond ear rings with jewels as big of your thumbnail (yes, these are considered subtle on the red carpet). Other actresses like colored stones such as rubies and colored diamonds to adorn their hand, neck or ears.
Whether its borrowed 1 million dollar pieces or something from a personal selection, red carpet jewelry does not work on its own but instead has to be used in collaboration with their designer dress. Stylists know the secrets which is why on Oscar night they might be your best accessory of all.

Hollywood Star Jack Nicholson Backs Clinton
Democrat Hillary Clinton's campaign has received support from Hollywood titan Jack Nicholson. Nicholson has endorsed a video compilation of some of his famous film roles in support of Democrat Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. The video endorsement, popularly dubbed Jack and Hill, has garnered over 1.2 million hits since being posted on YouTube last Friday.
Director Rob Reiner helped Nicholson edit scenes from his movies, including Batman, The Shining, and A Few Good Men, to spell out his support for the former first lady. But it was made without Clinton's approval. As "Jack and Hill" spokesperson Yusuf K Robb clarified, "They (Nicholson and Reiner) decided to do this as something on their own to assist her campaign."
Movie clips juxtaposed with onscreen messages like "Don't we need a president we can trust to be ready to go on day one?" generally give the feeling of "Things could be better, Lloyd. Things could be a whole lot better." And nothing sums it up like the last clip from A Few Good Men that goes "There is nothing on this earth sexier, believe me gentlemen, than a woman you have to salute in the morning." In the wrap up, Nicholson appears as himself to assert, "I'm Jack Nicholson, and I approve this message."
The usually reticent actor has admitted that the Clinton campaign had appealed for help. "Yes, I got a call. They asked me to do something. I explained to [former] President Clinton that I admire a foot soldier but I'm too old to be one. I'm not looking for so-called followers. I'm not that crazy about being interviewed. I don't like the sound of my own voice after 20 minutes."
Elaborating his stand on MTV news, he admitted, "On the other hand, I am Irish. I like being involved in the community. As they say, if you don't educate yourself about the political system you're doomed to be led by inferior people. That's one of my fears."
Like in physics, in politics too every action has an opposite reaction. The parody that Hillary Clinton's rival, Barack Obama's supporters have responded with, in the form of another video, is equally popular online.

The Most Viewed Articles on the Internet Today
Well I have been all over the internet and learned that people want to know how to get fit. If you write about health your articles have a very high chance of getting lots of views. I learned that from my own experience. For example I would write an article about working out. In the article I would list the complete steps, ideas, and procedures required to complete the task. Also I would write articles about losing weight and getting fit fast and those seem to really get the people to read them.
Also what people are interested in is entertainment. For example if you write about a new movie that comes out you are sure to get lots of views on your article. In your article you would have to not just describe the movie because there are enough websites doing just that, but you would have to give your review and opinion on the movie. That is what people want.
Another topic is Hollywood. Write about celebrities their personal life. Oh. People just love gossip. Also write about sports. Football teams, basketball teams, Tiger Woods. People want these kinds of articles. Also another good one is to review products and give your opinions on them.
Now that you know what to do to write an article that would get the most views, get to work and don't think of it as work, instead as a hobby. Good Luck. Please leave your comments, ideas, reviews, opinions. Thank you very much for your time.
